Need help filling out your Formal Tax Appeal?

GPHA is offering two in-person help sessions for MEMBERS OR HOMEOWNERS OF GASPEE POINT ONLY where you can receive assistance completing the necessary forms.

Help Session Dates

● Tuesday, September 9th⏰ 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

● Thursday, September 11th⏰ 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM 

✅ What to Bring

● A copy of the Formal Tax Appeal Form

o Download from the Warwick Tax Assessor’s website or

o Pick up at the Tax Assessor’s Office, AAA Building, Centerville Rd.

● A copy of your Homeowner’s Insurance Policy showing the replacement value of your home

● Any repair estimates you may have

● Photos of your home’s current condition

● A recent appraisal (if available)
